ACPTP offers education and training opportunities that 1) provide timely and relevant information on teen pregnancy prevention, 2) increase the ability and capacity of organizations to implement effective prevention programs, and 3) build networks with other youth-serving professionals and organizations throughout Alabama.
~Comments from ACPTP Program Participants~ Upcoming Events/Trainings: 2010 Annual Conference April 26-27, 2010 Join the Alabama Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy on April 26th & 27th for their annual conference. This year's conference will be held at the Bradley Lecture Center, Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Conference participants will learn about Positive Youth Development (PYD) from knowledgeable, engaged speakers. Conference participants will also receive a copy of the recently released “The Teen Years Explained: A Guide To Healthy Adolescent Development.” Registration is limited.
